You are unceasingly powerful!
Every one of us holds within the power to alter not only the direction of our own lives, but the lives of everyone we touch. From the tiny offering of a bright eyed smile, to a game changing investment or opportunity, we all have the potential to radically influence each other.
Sometimes we use this innate power consciously, compassionately, drawing it from within.
But often, it’s a power that we give away too readily – it’s entrusted to someone else, to someone who already holds a certain position in society, who’s already successful, wealthy, or in “authority”, has training, expertise or experience.
It’s easy to do this, to give our power away.
Its far LESS easy to stand up and be heard – to influence, to direct, to be the game changer. But there will be times in life, when we all have to take our turn…
IT’S YOUR TURN TO RISE!
When repeating 8s start to show up in your life, as 88, 888 and 8888 for example, it’s a clear message that your turn has arrived.
The 8 is the number of achievement, success, power and influence, so if it’s knocking at your door, then so are all of these things. It’s an incredible omen! But it’s one which requires your participation. The 8 is also the number of obstacles and challenge, because to attain greatness means to overcome whatever is standing in your way. It’s how you get there.
BREAK THROUGH THE RESISTANCE
If you are seeing 888, and 8888 then it’s likely you’re currently caught in the trap of resisting your path. This is completely normal when breakthroughs are close, it’s the defense mechanism of the ego, trying to keep you small. But your resistance IS your path – repeating 8s are here to tell you just that, so push through, and keep going. It can be very, very easy to confuse resistance with an indication that you’re putting your efforts in the wrong place, and should be working at something entirely different. But the energetic guides and angels overseeing your journey can see the bigger picture, and they’re placing these numbers with the frame of your perception as a sign that you ARE putting your energy in the right place, you are on the RIGHT path! Achievement, power and influence are right on the other side of the obstacle you now face, and tackling it head on will take you straight there.
NAVIGATING EGO DEATH
When we’re in the midst of an ego death (often signaled by the presence of repeating 8s) it can do some very strange things to our minds. A lot of junk can come up, we can find all sorts of excuses NOT do what we know we must. So another meaning offered by repeating 8s when they show up in your life, is that you must align yourself closely with your moral and ethical principles.
Don’t take short cuts.
Don’t deceive, cheat or blame … yourself or anybody else.
Don’t act out of integrity.
If you need to, slow right down so that you can reflect on what your core values are, and how you can align the next phase of your life with them.
THE PATHWAY TO MASTERY!
Repeating 8s are an indicator that you’re moving through some kind of initiation, and when you emerge on the other side, you’ll have reached a new level of mastery! This could mean anything (though it will be intricately connected to your life path) but when you arrive, others will be looking to you for guidance. This is because what you’re approaching contains a lesson that we all need to learn – the 8s are a reminder that your efforts are serving us all.
But you must make sure that your motives and your intent are pure, because by placing you on the path to attain these levels of power, the Universe is trusting you to use it wisely.
So build solid and truthful foundations for yourself now.
ALIGNING WITH MONEY
The number 8 may also be showing up in your life as a reminder. It’s a number that is intimately connected with money and financial wealth, as these are strong expressions of power.
It may be that you’re giving too much of your energy and personal power away to the idea of money. If maybe that your idea of “wealth” is preventing you from experiencing the true wealth you already possess? Or perhaps money is approaching! As you move through the challenges you face, is money trying to reach and align with you, but lacking the the gateways it needs to enter in?
